right from the start, Every client RECEIVES a full fitness assessment/consultation, together with nutritional ANALYSIS/guidance, goal setting and, of course, plenty of encouragement. I aim to build trust and a long term working relationship with every client, drawing on many years of fitness experience and knowledge to ensure long term success.

 

I pride myself on delivering innovative exercise sessions that are challenging, progressive and fun.  EVERY CLIENT RECEIVES PROFESSIONAL one to one tuition, FRIENDLY on-going support and unique access to AN EXISTING SCHEDULE OF group EXERCISE sessions.

 

I have an extensive range of FITNESS equipment so Clients can choose to train indoors/outdoors, or even in their own home.  Fitness doesn't haVE to be expensive, it just needs to be effective.

Meet your MASTER Personal Trainer

Gareth Davies lives in Stafford and is a QUALIFIED reps LEVEL 4 MASTER PERSONAL TRAINER, GP REFERRAL INSTRUCTOR AND EXERCISE SPECIALIST FOR DIABETES/OBESITY,  his aim is to promote an active and healthier lifestyle to his clients THROUGH enjoyable and easy to access formS of exercise. His background, upbringing and life has been strongly influenced with sport and fitness throughout.

 

As part of bringing his experience and expertise to his clients, Gareth leads by example. He is a multiple time British Nordic Walking Half  Marathon, 20km and 10km NATIONAL CHALLENGE SERIES WINNER. Beyond Nordic Walking, Gareth  is also an active f.a. qualified football/goalkeeping coach, PADI DIVEMASTER/MASTER SCUBA DIVER WITH OVER 400 DIVES AND black belt level at wado-ryu karate.
